The modern ambiance of the hotel perfectly complements the festive energy of Cali. The room service was surprisingly good - I thoroughly enjoyed a rich breakfast buffet featuring fresh seasonal fruits and omelettes, which fueled my day of exploring with friends. What really stood out, though, was the attentiveness of the staff. Every time I needed assistance, they were there with genuine smiles. I must give special mention to Leonardo, one of the drivers; his hospitality really made a difference in my experience. Plus, the comfort of the bed and the luxurious whirlpool in my room were a much-needed escape after my long nights of dancing. With an unbeatable location near cultural sites and shopping centers, I found it was the ideal spot to relax and recharge. I look forward to returning, especially if the rates stay as friendly as their staff!
